PROCESS

Anise Search believes in trusting the process. We begin every search with a targeted research strategy that will guide recruiting. Once the strategy is approved by the search team, it is accompanied by a short-term calendar for remaining on-time and on-target. If necessary, we can make amendments to the strategy and calendar, but overwhelmingly we find that our process consistently leads to the right results.

RESEARCH

Anise Search’s north star is research. Research is unequivocally the backbone of all good executive search. Our team includes seasoned researchers who bring diverse backgrounds, relationships, and experience recruiting within education, faith-based institutions, arts, social justice, and youth development.
